Job Title Assistant Producer for Convocations (Hourly)
Job Description

Assist in running Convocations—SUU’s Premier Lecture Series.

General Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
• Assist and help host speakers
• Assist during events production and execution
• Produce luncheons and various other side events for Convocations
• Assist with communication and event production with other campus entities
• Manage social media
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Qualifications include:
• Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable presenting in front of large audiences
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to function independently
• Event production experience is desired
• Bachelors degree preferred

Salary or Salary Range $10.00 per hour, this position is not eligible for benefits.
