Job Description

The Department of English is creating a pool of adjunct lecturers to teach online, face-to-face, and Concurrent Enrollment English composition courses.

General Duties & Responsibilities

1.) Teach online and/or face-to-face sections of ENGL 1010 “Introduction to Academic Writing” with the possibility of teaching ENGL 0990

2.) Academic Writing Workshop and/or ENGL 2010 “Intermediate Academic Writing.”

3.) Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

1.) Master’s degree in English or a minimum of 18 hours in English above the bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

1.) Experience with online and/or Concurrent Enrollment instruction.
